Harvest Home Farmers’ Market, Inc. (HHFM) is the largest provider of farmers markets in low-income communities throughout New York State. Farm-fresh produce and regionally grown foods distributed to the neediest families in distressed communities (higher unemployment, higher poverty and/or drop-out rates greater than the state or national rate).

Harvest Home Farmer’s Market‘s (HHFM) mission is to provide impoverished NYC neighborhoods with fresh produce. HHFM currently operates 22 markets in four boroughs Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens.
