Raw Bircher-Benner Muesli

Ingredients: 
  • 1½ cups oat flakes


  • ¼ cup raisins


  • ⅓ cup sunflower seeds

  • 
¼ cup pitted dates


  • ¼ tsp 5 spice powder


  • 2 tbsp lemon juice


  • ¼ cup orange juice

Directions: 

Place everything but the lemon and orange juices in a large bowl and soak overnight in water; drain and then place in food processor along with the lemon and orange juice.  Pulverize until small chop. Check for sweetness and add agave nectar if needed.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with warm almond milk.  Top with blueberries, bananas, chopped nuts, chopped apple, or any fruit favorites.

This recipe is easy to double and triple.
